Cheesecake Recipe, Quick & Easy (No Bake)

My mom & sister picked up the ingredients for me to make two cheesecakes for the Church Christmas party tonight, so I made these last night only to find out that the pastor had already bought some! :) Oh well, they certainly won't go to waste around MY house!
