CHICKEN: Mexican Recipes

I bought chicken the other day and want to make something with it for dinner tonight. I looked at my aunt's Chicken Spaghetti recipe, but we had spaghetti last night... So I got to thinking about my cousin's Mexican Chicken recipe made with Doritos.
