Southwest Stack

The kids aren't going to church with me tonight. Danny had band last night so they're staying home with him. Pagans! I fooled around on the computer all day and forgot to set something out for dinner and Cierra's been asking for her "favorite dish", so it looks like I'll be making Southwest Stack after all... (Besides, apparently they're having a bunch of friends coming over to keep Danny company! ;o)
